01 Overview
This process-knowledge summary characterizes the contact-handled transuranic (TRU) debris waste generated at Idaho National Laboratory's Materials and Fuels Complex. Among the materials documented in the waste stream are Fluid Tech's PETROSET II and AQUASET II absorbents, used to absorb and immobilize free liquids so the debris waste meets handling and disposal requirements.
